Important Information on CalStar 08

1. In May the SJAA Board voted to not have catered meals this year.  The catering prices were too high. The board wase concerned not enough people will participate to cover our contractual commitments. We will set up some common areas were people can gather at meal time.  Some groups are organizing their own meals.  Check the TAC website in September for more information.
   
2. The Late Arrival / Early Departure area (LA/ED) was moved in 2007 to the east side of the overflow area. It is easy to enter and leave in the dark, has good horizons, and is only a short walk from the other areas. WARNING there is a large bump on entrance.
3. 100% registration will be required for the Dark and Casual areas which also means agreeing to the rules for these areas
4. We really mean business with the road closures this year! No cars may enter, leave, or be operated within the dark and casual areas from 8PM to morning twilight. We may have volunteers at the entrance. The rangers offered to assist us, if required.
5. The general pubic is not invited.
6. Green Lasers banned.
