Since this was not a general meeting this does not count as an absence.

The meeting started at 6:04 PM

The board voted unanimously that Rob could dispose of the OTA and rocker
box.  The remainder of the optical and non-optical parts will be at the swap
for inspection by the other board members.

---------------------Announcement By Steven Nelson------------

Steve announced that he was resigning from the board of SJAA, effective
immediately.  Rob, Rich, Gordon, Gary, and Robert voted to acknowledge and
accept the verbal resignation. 

Rob did not cast the two votes proxied to him since they had not heard
Steve's statement.

The meeting ended at 6:20 PM.
