Observing Events: Various factors need to be considered to make an observing event as successful as possible. To help plan ahead, please see these Scheduling and Planning Guidelines, so you can make better upfront decisions and prepare for a more effective discussion with your SJAA contact.
Other: If you’re not looking for an observing event but would like SJAA to deliver a presentation, set up an astronomy info table or host science activities, you can disregard the scheduling and planning guidelines. Just tell us about your objective and venue, and we’ll work from there.
